This morning by six am started out with such promise. I was talking on the phone with my daughter and the sun was shining so Wonderful and Bright.
 Now it has disappeared and is seems a bit dreary and gray.
I keep thinking we should do something fun or go somewhere but not enough to actually pack up and go.
Sometimes life has a way to make us run in a hundred directions so it is nice to lay low.
Maybe we will do something Creative, Make some Art, Paint, tie some String, Use some shells...so many ideas. I wonder what will be our decision.
I hope something Creative will hit us and not just work. It always seems to be work things that need doing. Cleaning, Weeding, Sorting, Fixing...

Today is my oldest daughters birthday

This morning our Incubator is so full of baby chicks. Nearly every egg hatched . I do hope it warms up so when we take them out they do not freeze.
Yesterday we did a quick trip to the grocery store then we stayed home for Canada Day. We watched the celebrations on TV from back East with Will and Kate. We put together a Canada day dinner. We had ribs, potatoes, salad, punch, and strawberry shortcakes.
The sun is shining at the moment lets hope it last for the day. We really, really need some warm weather. Now watch it get so hot we won't be able to breath. In truth if the wind would quit I do not think it would be too bad.
